Throws Pro was founded by Scott Cappos, a former professional athlete and veteran coach with 25 years of Big Ten coaching experience at Iowa and Nebraska. Today, he continues to coach elite athletes privately and remains deeply involved in the throwing community. He frequently teaches USATF Level 1 Courses and coaches at camps and clinics around the world.
