Policy Overview

At Throws Pro, we are committed to providing high-quality equipment and a fair, transparent customer experience. The following policies are designed to protect both our customers and our business while ensuring efficient handling of returns, warranties, and claims.


Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on unused physical products from the date the order is fulfilled.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping

Refunds will be issued for the product price minus original shipping charges.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. We strongly recommend using insured UPS shipping to protect your return.

Important:

  • Returns require prior authorization from Throws Pro

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

  • Once return approval is granted, the item must be received within 15 days


Warranty Information

30-Day Limited Warranty (Manufacturer Defects Only)

Applies to:

  • Wearable items (wrist wraps, hammer gloves, back braces, etc.)

  • Indoor shots and indoor weights

  • Tungsten hammers and components

  • Carbon discuses

  • Carbon javelins

One-Year Limited Warranty

All other products are covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects only.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Misuse or improper handling

  • Impact with cages, hard surfaces, or other objects

  • Normal wear and tear


Shipment Errors

If you receive an incorrect item, Throws Pro will provide a prepaid return label.

The correct item will be shipped once the return shipment has been scanned by the carrier.


Media Products

Books, online courses, and other digital or media products are non-refundable.


Restocking Fees (Large Items)

Unused large items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%.

Large items include (but are not limited to):

  • Javelins

  • Hurdles

  • Landing pits

  • Oversized or specialty equipment

Determination of “large item” status is at the discretion of Throws Pro.


Liability

Throws Pro, its parent company, and its suppliers are not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the use or inability to use any products purchased.


Policy Changes

Throws Pro reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes.
