Fast Shipping — Let’s Go!
Most in-stock items ship within one business day (Monday–Friday) from our Nebraska hub. Orders typically arrive within 3 business days after shipping; however, some East Coast and West Coast locations may take a little longer.

Shipping timing refers to dispatch, not delivery. Carrier transit times vary.

We also work with trusted partners nationwide: some items may ship from other locations and could take slightly longer to arrive. 

Tracking

Every order includes tracking information, allowing you to monitor your package all the way to your doorstep. Please note that tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate after the carrier takes possession of the shipment.

Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping and handling fees are calculated based on weight, product size, and carrier rates. Standard shipping is provided via UPS Ground or USPS Ground for reliable and affordable delivery.

Track & Field Season Shipping
During the busy track and field season, we run a daily UPS pickup to get your orders out fast from our Nebraska hub. Orders placed before 12:00 PM typically ship the same day during the season.

Custom Indoor Implements
Customized Indoor shot puts and indoor weights sometimes need additional processing time. We aim to ship custom indoor shots within 2–3 business days and custom indoor weights within 5 business days during the indoor season. If you need it faster, just ask — we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Shipping Support When Something Goes Wrong
All orders come with tracking. While UPS and USPS have about a 99% on-time rate, occasional delays can happen. If your order runs into any issues, don’t worry—our team is here to help. Just email us, and we’ll work with you to find a solution: sales@throwspro.com

Backordered and Sold Out Items: Policy Overview

Backordered items are available for purchase at the guaranteed listed price and include an estimated arrival date.

Sold-out items are generally not expected to return in the near future; however, special orders may be accommodated if available from the manufacturer.

UPS Expedited Shipping Options

Expedited shipping is available for items located at the Nebraska facility.

Not all UPS methods are guaranteed to be delivered within the timeframe listed in the service title. Delivery location and when the order was placed are considerations for delivery speed.

Note: UPS Business Days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Throws Pro is not responsible for shipment delays from UPS or other delivery service providers.

Throws Pro works directly with our delivery service providers for lost or damaged shipments.

International Orders

International orders that require additional custom fees and duties will be paid by the customer.

Shipping Returns

The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs; returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

No refunds on the original shipping charges for returned items.
